How to look ‘super sexy’ on your wedding day

You’ve taken the big step and decided to get married.

So now is the time to find the dress of your dreams.

Full length? A-line? Corseted? Meringue?

What style do you choose?

First and foremost, take a closer look at yourself.  Get naked in front of a full-length mirror.  Yep! Naked!!!

Now be brutally honest about yourself.  Which bits do you love? Which bits do you always hide?

Those answers will help you find the right style for you.
There are several out there and they can all hide a multitude of sins.  Do listen to the sales assistants in the wedding shops.  They know what they are talking about. After all, it’s their job, and they want you to leave the shop looking stunning.
However if you do decide that there really is a style out there that you want, sometimes you can fit yourself into it.

Below are some easy ways to start a health kick. (Don’t think of it as a diet)

1.Always eat breakfast.  This helps wake up the body, kick starting your metabolic rate. If you cant, take something with you to work and eat it there.  However small or large the meal, try to eat something.

2.Try substituting fruit/nuts for the chocolate/crisp break. Alternatively, share with someone.  Share the calories…

3.Eat little and often.  Or grazing.  This doesn’t mean several great big meals, but several smaller meals every 3-4 hrs.  This keeps the body working continually and also helps to stave off hunger and those horrid afternoon sugar dips.

4.Park further away from work and walk in. Use the stairs rather then the lifts. Talk to colleagues face to face. This gives you a break away from the computer, and fits in some exercise without even trying.

5.Try to drink more water. We need at least 1.5ltrs of fluids. This can be made up from tea/coffee, fruit juices etc…  Try to stay away from the ‘fizzies’.  Sometimes hunger pangs are the body’s way of telling you your dehydrated.

6.Try going for a walk at lunchtime.  It gets you out and refreshes you for the afternoon.

7.Join a gym or alternatively by some fitness equipment you like. Initial outlay will be expensive, but if its sitting at the end of the bed or in front of the TV your more likely to use it.

8.Don’t beat yourself up, if you have 1 bad day.  Its not going to undo all the hard work you’ve already put in.

9.Go out with friends. Try Ice-skating. Great for the legs/bum.  Even more so if you fall on them…

10.Try not to eat to late at night. Limit you alcohol to just one evening a week (say Friday or Saturday).  But don’t go silly

11.Start any new exercise program carefully. If in doubt talk to your doctor. You should view this as a lifestyle change not a quick fix.  On average a loss of 2lbs is ideal. The slower it comes off the longer it stays off.

12.Enjoy!!!

If after all that you’re still stuck or just can’t be motivated, give BridalBootCamp a call.  We guarantee to help you lose two dress sizes or your money back.
